Hi there!
I´m Rolando Diep, a professional graphic designer with over 25 years of international experience, specializing in Strategic Branding for corporate identity, brand communication, and consumer goods.
My greatest strength is my personal brand promise: a blend of design passion and strategic thinking — a key factor in driving unique and effective solutions.
I believe brand identity is about finding the right visual metaphor to express a business strategy—whether by designing a new logo, evolving a brand into new territories, creating engaging communications, or establishing clear and easy-to-follow brand guidelines.
Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with leading clients and high-potential brands to build strong visual identities that resonate with audiences and leave a long lasting impression.
I’m a creative problem solver—passionate, endlessly curious, organized, and deeply committed.
Since 2011, I’ve worked as an independent designer, collaborating with clients and teams across the U.S. and internationally. Some of my clients include: Coca-Cola, Tajín, PepsiCo, Sabritas, AB InBev, ILG, Confiteca, among others.
From 2000 to 2011, I worked at Landor in San Francisco, starting as a Senior Designer and advancing to Creative Director at one of the world’s leading branding agencies. My asignements included P&G, Frito-Lay, Gamesa, Danone, and Philip Morris.
Most recently, I served as Senior Design Manager for Colgate-Palmolive, leading design initiatives for the Home and Personal Care categories for iconic brands like Suavitel, Fabuloso, Ajax, and Speed Stick.
I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from UPAEP.
Design is my craft—and it brings me joy.
